Return Policy - Change of Mind

We understand that situations can change, and you may need to adjust your order after approving a quote and artwork proof for your trophies. This policy outlines the return process for orders where there is no damage to the final product.

Non-Returnable Products:

Once a quote and final artwork proof for custom trophies ordered in has been approved, these cannot be returned for a full refund. This is because these trophies are specifically ordered for your requested specifications.

Order Cancellations:
  • If you need to cancel your order before production begins, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the stage of development.
  • A full refund may be possible if the stock has not been ordered from our supplier.
  • A partial refund may be issued if the stock has been ordered and the artwork has been sent to production, but no work has begun. No refund will be offered once production has commenced or been completed.
Changes to Approved Orders:
  • If you need to make changes to your order after approving the final artwork proof, there may be additional fees depending on the extent of the changes.
  • Minor changes may be accommodated without additional cost.
  • Major changes may require a new quote and could impact the final price and delivery timeline.
We Strongly Recommend:
  • Carefully reviewing the quote and artwork proof before granting your approval.
  • Double checking all spelling, dates, and other details to ensure accuracy.
  • Contacting us with any questions or concerns before approving the final artwork.
Exceptions:

If you have chosen a trophy from our showroom stock and no engraving has been completed, we are happy to cancel the order for a full refund.

Return Policy - Damaged Goods

We take pride in the quality of our services we provide and want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the return process for damaged goods.

Damaged Products:
  • If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
  • We require clear pictures of the damage to expedite the replacement process.
Return and Replacement:
  • Once we have confirmed the damage through the pictures, we will gladly arrange for a free return of the damaged good.
  • We will then send you a replacement trophy free of charge, replicating your original order specifications.
Exceptions:
  • This policy applies to products damaged prior to receipt of goods. Goods with defects due to manufacturing errors are also covered.
  • Damage caused by improper handling after receipt is not covered by this policy.
