The more information you provide, the better we can personalise your badge items!
Wording: We prefer wording submissions in a digital format like email, Word document or Excel spreadsheet. This minimises typos.
Logos: For logos, we prefer them in a vector file format (e.g. AI, EPS, PDF) for best results. Don’t have a vector file? No problem! We can still use your image file, but the printed colour might vary depending on the image quality.
Artwork: If you’re comfortable using graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, you can send a flatten PDF of your artwork. Our team will double-check it to ensure it is perfect for printing.
For new badge orders, there is an initial setup fee. We have a minimum fee and then depending on the complexity of the design an additional artwork fee may incur.

We want to ensure you’re completely happy with your badges! Our team will create a digital proof of your order based on the information you provide, including text and artwork. We will email you this proof for your review and approval. You will have two free rounds of revisions to ensure everything looks perfect. If you require additional revisions after the last proof, an artwork fee may apply.
Once approval is received, we will proceed with your order and begin printing. If a mistake is flagged after we receive your approval and your order has commenced or is finished, additional charges may incur.
Yes, we do offer acrylic overlay which will incur an additional fee. The curing process of the acrylic overlay may result in a slight change in the colour of your printed design. This is an inherent characteristic of acrylic overlay and cannot be avoided.
Variations may occur during printing because each printing machine is calibrated differently. If you provided an editable graphic file for your badge design, we have a colour swatch book instore where we can find a closer match. Our team can help you select colours that translate more accurately to the printing process, resulting in a more accurate colour.
